Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The 14-day free trial is completely card-optional — just add a payment method anytime before it ends to keep going. Nothing is charged automatically.

Can my whole team use it?

Yes. The Pro plan includes unlimited internal users, and trades only see the jobs they're assigned to. Your clients get a no-login portal — no extra seats needed for them.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — there are no lock-in contracts. Cancel from your billing settings whenever you like and you won't be charged again.

Is my data safe?

Your data is hosted in Australia and stays onshore. Every business's data is kept isolated from the next, and we never share your jobs, clients, costs or financials with advertisers or anyone else.

Which accounting software does it connect to?

Xero today — accepted quotes flow in as jobs and your confirmed costs sync out as supplier bills, no double entry. More accounting tools are on the roadmap.

Do my clients need to download an app?

No — they don't have to. You send your client a login to their job and they can sign in from any web browser. If they'd rather, they can download the BrikTech app and log in there instead. Either way they follow progress and approve their selections and variations.

Do my subbies need to download the app?

No. You can text a trade directly and they reply by SMS — no app, no login. If you want them to see their full task list, you can invite them as a trade user on the Pro plan and they get a login that works in any browser.

Which states does contract signing cover?

Compliant building-contract templates and e-signing are available for NSW and QLD today, with more states on the way. Everything else — jobs, scheduling, costs, receipts, variations, invoicing, the photo record and the client portal — works anywhere in Australia. Variation e-signing isn't state-specific either.
